Its mother's day weekend - regroup on monday. I am heading in the wrong direction this weekend too! Hang in there ok there is always tomorrow!

Reasons why I want/need to lose weight

restaurant booths; I don't always fit comforably in a booth now, my stomach ends up jammed into the table.
a lap; would love to have a great place for my kids to sit without the big belly in the way
confidence; I hide now b/c I am afraid people are always looking at my weight and judging me
bending over; would love to do that and breathe at the same time
travel; I'd love to travel but plane seats are skinny and my ass is not
amusement parks; I refuse to go now b/c I don't really fit in the seats of rides and I am afraid I am going to break things
me; I want to be the best me and know that I did everything I could
clothing; I HATE shopping in the plus size section and stores
health; I don't want to need medication
my boys; I want to be around to bug the crap out of them for a long time
